I booked on SQ825 (3rd Feb, 00:10AM) from Shanghai to Singapore, due to A380 fault, we seat inside for 5 hours. in the end we were asked to move out (around 6:00AM). the flight was cancelled.

I asked for the delay/cancelation letter on the same at Shanghai SIA checking counter / Shanghai PVG airport boarding counter, non of them can provide the letter, outside SIA staff ask me go inside to get, inside SIA staff tell me I should get at outside. after I arrive Changi airport at Changi airport SIA counter. the SIA passenger manager Ivan promised to send me the letter. but he send me the delay notice for SQ827, not SQ825.

I am still waiting....

Very bad experience with SIA, for sure I will reduce to take SIA in the end I should stop to take SIA.

How can complaint to their management. maybe SIA management doesn't about the staff performance. I viewed a lot on the web. looks SIZ service is getting very bad now.
