SQ39.SQ holds the highest standards yet on occaaaion it fails to deliver.
When you pay for the full lie flat bed at a significant premium over what they charge for the cubes and what you booked they offer no compensation. It would be cheaper to fly Turkish who has a similar product or via Dubai on emirates.
Reason is a faulty aircraft which they all claim is not thier fault leading to an aircraft change.
Surely consumer should be compensated
