Non delivery of service and the promise of a brand. 24th May 21014.

SQ39.SQ holds the highest standards yet on occaaaion it fails to deliver.

When you pay for the full lie flat bed at a significant premium over what they charge for the cubes and what you booked they offer no compensation. It would be cheaper to fly Turkish who has a similar product or via Dubai on emirates.

Reason is a faulty aircraft which they all claim is not thier fault leading to an aircraft change.

Surely consumer should be compensated

Singapore Airline standard & customer service had dropped drastically for the past decade.

A content in my bad was damaged & it took me 3 following up with them and not able to give me a resolution. Sorry is all they can say. No more SQ for me as it nor worth the price anymore
