Singapore Airlines - SQ check in

Right now I am standing at Pudong airport, waiting in a long *** for an hour to get myself checked in SQ flight. The *** has hardly moved in an hour. Looks like it will take another 1 hour to drop my bags. Feel they should do away with the word "economy" class and rename it as "cattle" class.
