On the flight from Singapore to Sydney you aircraft is that old that cargo door can't close the seats ar dirty no padeng you serve curry food that smells some peaple get service beafore others dont know why dont mix pasngers that eat smelly food if i wish to fly staraliens i will ask for my ticket was for singapure airlines. we have flown with S.A, before and have always highly of them but on our recent trip with them were disappointed we were flying from singapore to london, flt. no. sq322 forwarding to edinburgh with B.A. but our luggage was not forwarded by S.A. which they have done before so we had to pick up luggage in london and then re book with B.A., on the return journey B.A. booked our luggage through to singapore no trouble.on the return flt. no.sq221... SA used to be my favourite airlines ofcourse after Emirates. Unfortunately I think you don't deserves to be favourite of any passenger anymore. Reading this bad reviews make me rethink and reconsider my holiday plan. Unfortunately I only had option to fly with you to Christchurch. But now am thinking to replan my vacation to another country.

Cold and inhumane service! Just paid 1700 dollars for excess luggage at melbourne airport. Have been a business class passenger for 15 yrs. Trying Emirates. Heard they're much better!!!!

I have been downgraded from premium economy to economy on my flight from Manchester to Singapore due to lack of planes with the new format So beware if you are going to travel premium economy you can't trust singapore airlines choose a different airline We were offered 75% refund on that leg plus a 100 singapore dollar voucher the day before we were due to leave That's insufficient compensation so don't get caught like me book with a different... My wife has booked by Singapore Airlines from Mumbai to Sydney via Singapore. As she is very busy and has little time in the morning, we tried to do web checkin for her for her 11:45 am flight from Mumbai. We are currently booked in premium economy flight for DEC 15-JAN 16 between Brisbane -Singapore -Mumbai and return We received an email yesterday about the aircraft don't have a seats ready on the a380 in premium economy and won't be available during our trip,hence we will be downgraded or get a refund and all this is happening after 3 months of booking . I flew from Paris to Melbourne with Singapore Airlines. I didn't know what they would charge for excess baggage but thought it would be about the same as Lufthansa's rate of a few hundred dollars per 23 Kg piece. I was charged A$ 123 PER KILOGRAM of excess baggage. This came to over $8000 - more than 5 times the price of my ticket. I complained but was told that this was their set rate and just to accept it. I made a double booking for a flight to Thailand from London. I provided them with a wrong email by mistake so no confirmation received---payment processed however! Made another booking as I was convinced the previous one failed (I found better deal with another Broker) I spent about 3 hours on telephone between Brokers on Singapore Airlines attempting to cancel unnecessary booking.And their response was no cancelation as I contacted them 2 days...
