Right now I am standing at Pudong airport, waiting in a long *** for an hour to get myself checked in SQ flight. The *** has hardly moved in an hour. Looks like it will take another 1 hour to drop my bags. Feel they should do away with the word "economy" class and rename it as "cattle" class.

SA used to be my favourite airlines ofcourse after Emirates. Unfortunately I think you don't deserves to be favourite of any passenger anymore. Reading this bad reviews make me rethink and reconsider my holiday plan. Unfortunately I only had option to fly with you to Christchurch. But now am thinking to replan my vacation to another country.
